Goalsetter Raises $9.6 Million to Boost Financial Education and Wealth-Building Initiatives

Goalsetter, a spending, saving, wealth-building, and financial education platform, announced the closing of a $9.6 million Series A extension round. This newest funding round for Goalsetter was led by an affiliate of Edward Jones and MassMutual through its MM Catalyst Fund. The Series A investors Fiserv, Webster Bank, Seae Ventures, Astia Fund, and Partnership Fund for New York City participated in the round, along with new investors Reseda Group and InTouchCU.

With Space for Regional Organizations, Vista Bank will Open a New Banking Center Near Fair Park.

Once Vista’s renovation of the old Social Security building at 3225 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. is complete, the new location will serve not only as Vista’s largest and latest banking center, but will also provide office space to house the Dallas Black Chamber of Commerce as well as Southern Dallas Progress and the SDFP Innovation Center. A Financial Literacy Center will also serve the community.
