As residential mortgage experts in Kingston, Sean Dykhouse and Michael Zeoli have joined Ulster Savings Bank.
Dykhouse will serve buyers in Ulster County, while Zeoli will assist those in Dutchess and Ulster Counties.
Customers can contact Dykhouse, a resident of New Paltz, who offers private banking services from the company’s main office at 180 Schwenk Drive in Kingston. Since 2002, he has worked in capital markets, lease financing, and real estate, mostly with the Mid-Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union. He holds a bachelor of arts degree from Eastern Michigan University and is actively involved in the Ulster County Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Board of Realtors for the region.
His charitable work includes volunteering at soup kitchens and charities at the Mariner’s Lodge in New York City and the Ann Arbor Brotherhood Lodge in Michigan. He collaborates with nonprofit organizations like RUPCO and Women’s Place in Kingston to provide financial education on YouTube.
Zeoli, a resident of Poughkeepsie, will assist clients in Dutchess County as well as at the bank’s main headquarters. He previously served as a Mortgage Loan Originator at M&T Bank, where he helped customers understand their home financing options and guided them through the application process. Zeoli is a member of the Mid-Hudson Valley Mortgage Bankers Association and the Dutchess County Association of Realtors. He holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from SUNY Plattsburgh and an associate degree in business administration from Dutchess Community College.
The Center for Photography in Woodstock, Kingston, has appointed Melissa Millay to the new position of Director of Development.
Millay brings more than 15 years of top-tier growth experience from well-known nonprofit organizations such as the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, the New York Public Library, and the Cooper Hewitt, Smithsonian Design Museum. She possesses a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of development, including strategic planning, major gifts, foundation relationships, board development, donor cultivation, and capital campaigns.
Millay began her career in finance as an investment analyst for Bessemer Trust.
