These include the NAB app and Internet Banking features that have seen significant engagement, with a 62% increase in users reviewing their spending categories recently. Moreover, NAB Assist provides targeted support through restructuring products, financial counseling referrals, and partnering with organizations like Good Shepherd to offer interest-free loans, all designed to help customers regain and maintain their financial footing.
